Photographers and film producers have a unique opportunity to rent such a large space with multiple purposes. Whether it be a basic photo shoot or a grand production, The Sindicate has 7 rooms to use, at least 7 different color backgrounds, and a ton of furniture (if needed – things are easily moved out of the way). This type of rental is hard to assign a definite fee too with factors including what kind of production, how many people involved, how many hours required, so it ranges from $50-$250. There is also in house photography and video lighting equipment available for rental, fee also varies.
