A new monthly workshop followed demonstrations & social play party for novices, newbies, and naturally curious by nature adults. The workshops begin at 7 pm (doors at 6:45 for seating) and end at 10pm when the play party begins. Please arrive early if you have not already filled out a membership form.

This will be a 3 hour interactive monthly workshop featuring instructor Justin Norton. Justin has studied a wide variety of martial arts including Lakanarn Arnis, Greco Roman Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Chinese Jui Jitsu, Small Circle Jui Jitsu, Thai Kickboxing, and MMA to name a few..

He will be covering everything from the verbal and psychological aspects of how to deal with an escalated situation, to the physical ones like releases from grabs and chokes.
